PMG Choice Uncirculated 63
additional comments:
A key note for small-size collectors! The typical grade seen for this rarity is about VF- EF...with AU notes being rare. This Choice Uncirculated note retains all the appeal a collector could ask for wit ha bold impression of the design, deep yellow treasury seal, and large borders. PMG mentions "retouched" in the comments section of the holder which appears to be a minor spot to the left of the portrait and only noticed under heavy scrutiny. Both PMG and PCGS Currency combined have graded just 16 pieces at the 60 level or higher and a few of those are likely duplicate entries from the notes having been graded by the other services and vise-versa.
Although we believe our starting price is very fair and aligns with the demands of the current market, please do not hesitate to make a sensible counteroffer through the eBay system if you believe a discount will land this item into your collection.
