    Beautiful red transfer English Abbey transferware from a West Virgnia company that rival their English counterparts - Ivory plates have scalloped rims with an embossed flower & swirl pattern.  The centers are decorated with a red "English Abbey" transfer.
    The plates were pre-owned and gently used with only a few very light scratches.  There are no chips, cracks or stains and none of the plates are crazed.  The most noticeable flaw is in the making: one plate has a red transfer that is somewhat lighter than the other three. (See 7th and 8th Photos) Overall, the set is in remarkably good condition.  The back of each plate is stamped with the pattern name as shown in the photos.
    SHIPPING: The shipping estimate is based on a packaged weight of 5 1/2 pounds and includes insurance and tracking.  We do not have a handling fee and do not profit from postage.  If the estimate proves too high, we will refund the overage.  If it falls short, we will make up the difference.
