The legs are rounded on their outer side, so the closed tripod provides a comfortable hand grip. When open, the tripod and head have a maximum height of 4". This low-profile design allows you to take steady shots up close. It has been designed to satisfy the needs of those consumers that are looking for a support that is multifunctional, lightweight, portable and easy to use. It is great for achieving hard to get pictures and video shots while keeping your camera steady. Close the legs to use it as a comfortable pistol grip to capture great videos that stand out from the crowd. The new push-button mechanism enables you to position and lock the 1/4" screw platform in one rapid, intuitive movement. Pushing the button releases the lock so you can adjust your angle. When the button is released, the camera platform is locked automatically in the selected position. The Circuit City pistol grip table top tripod is manufactured from high impact ABS plastic for durability and a tactile finish.
