CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:
We offer a 30 - day return policy from the date you receive the item.
Inspect
the item when you receive it and contact us within the first 3 days, if there are any problems.
Do not use the item or remove any attached retail tags if you intend to return the item

You must
contact us
before you return the item or open a claim. You must return the item in it’s original box and packing material. The item
must
be in the
same condition
it was in, when we shipped it. Buyer pays return shipping.
If the item is used, the retail tags are removed, or the box has been opened and tossed the item can not be returned for a
full refund
.
In the case of a return when a buyer won't pay for custom duties and taxes, the buyer is responsible for the round shipping costs (based on actual charges from the courier company) and any charges incurred shipping products back. The refund amount is calculated deducting the fees and charges above mentioned.
