Here is a well circulated Fine .00 Series 1934 Emergency Hawaii Federal Reserve Note, Fr.2303.
These notes were issued  during the early years of the Second World War  as a precaution against Hawaii and outlying areas possibly being overrun by the
Japanese
military, whereas if this event had happened these notes would have been
demonetized.  A nice piece of history here!
